Inpatient Alcohol Rehab

At The Source, you will have the option to enroll in our partial hospitalization program. This treatment incorporates 25 hours per week in therapeutic treatment and care. Over and above this, you will have around-the-clock access to our treatment team while you live in one of our incredible single-family residences. We strive to provide you with a home away from home type of environment which will help you to focus on yourself and your recovery during this transitional time in your life. This type of structure is something that can be a tremendous source of comfort for any client as this is a time in their life when they feel most vulnerable.

One of the leading benefits of opting to commit to our partial hospitalization program is that there will be other people there that are working through their own respective forms of treatment. Interacting with these people can help you to develop your own system of support which can help you to develop a better understanding of your own condition and this disease.

Outpatient Alcohol Rehab

There is a misconception that the only way for you to commit to an addiction treatment program is by working through a partial hospitalization program. While it’s true that a partial hospitalization program can provide you with a certain level of structure, it’s not your only treatment option. If you don’t feel comfortable with this format, you always have the option of committing to an outpatient program. Outpatient programs require more flexibility which can help a client feel as though they have more control over their recovery and treatment program.

What is Outpatient Alcohol Rehab Like?

If you have work or school responsibilities, one of our two outpatient programs is the best option for you. Each provides a different experience so it’s important that you consider each option carefully:

  • Intensive outpatient program: This program required at least nine hours of therapeutic care per week.
  • General outpatient program: This treatment option requires a minimum of four hours per week, three of which will be in group therapy and one which will be in individual therapy.

What is Alcohol Rehab Like at The Source?

One of the leading reasons why our alcohol detox is such a trusted treatment center not only for residents of Austin but for clients throughout the country is due to the fact that we take a personalized approach to treatment. From the time that you reach out to our intake team, we take the time to get to know you and your story. We believe that this is critical when it comes to helping you to overcome any of the traumas that you may have sustained during your life. There are many people that come to The Source who don’t realize that it’s critical to identify these traumas as they are contributing factors when it comes to the development of addiction. Unless you receive the right type of treatment and counseling after these events take place, it’s possible that you may turn to alcohol as a way to cope with what you’re thinking and feeling.

What Happens After Rehab?

Remember, addiction recovery is a journey that you will be on for the rest of your life. While committing to a treatment program is an excellent start on this journey, it is only a step. It’s important that you set yourself up for success going forward and make plans to maintain your sobriety once you are done with treatment. This is something that The Source women’s rehab team can help you with once you get toward the end of your treatment program.

Something that we strongly recommend every client do is commit to our Alumni Program once they are done with their initial course of treatment. This program will put you in touch with other clients that have completed their own respective forms of treatment. Clients that opt to commit to our Alumni Program will have the chance to attend monthly extended group therapy sessions and also participate in certain sober-friendly outings throughout the year. This is an excellent way to continue to build and grow your system of support which is a critical aspect in your long-term recovery.

Another step that you should take is to find and attend 12 step meetings that are local to the area. This can help you to meet other people that are local to your area. Through listening to their experiences and talking about your own you can ensure that you remain focused on your sobriety goals.
