Inpatient Alcohol Rehab
Any person that has ever worked through a treatment program before will tell you that it’s essential that you change the people, places and things around you in order to overcome your addiction once and for all. Our partial hospitalization program provides you with the opportunity to do just that. The Source maintains several single family residences that will help to provide you with the structure that you need as you begin to work through your treatment program. We pride ourselves on establishing a home away from home type of environment so that you can truly focus on holistic healing. The added benefit of coming to our partial hospitalization program is the fact that you will have around the clock access to our team of addiction experts which can be a great source of comfort.
Outpatient Alcohol Rehab
There are many people that get in touch with The Source and understand the fact that they need addiction treatment, but they feel as though they aren’t able to receive this type of care because they work or they go to school. An outpatient program allows you to see to these important responsibilities while still receiving addiction recovery care. If you’re working, going to school or you have other personal duties that you need to see to, be sure to let us know the details of those responsibilities so that we can help you formulate a treatment plan that is based around them.
What is Outpatient Alcohol Rehab Like?
Outpatient alcohol rehab will still provide you with the same level of care as our partial hospitalization program, however, you will have more flexibility when it comes to your overall plan. At The Source, we offer two distinct outpatient programs: an intensive outpatient program and a general outpatient program. Our intensive outpatient program requires that you spend a minimum of nine hours per week in treatment whereas our general outpatient program requires a minimum of four.
What is Alcohol Rehab Like at The Source?
Your time in alcohol rehab at The Source will primarily be spent in therapy and identifying the root cause of your addiction. The root cause of addiction is different for every person which is why you can always count on our team to provide you with the personalized and individualized care and attention that you need during this critical time in your life. From individual therapy to group therapy, from behavioral therapy to family therapy, you will actively communicate with not only The Source team but with others that are working through their own recovery program at our facility in an effort to tackle the contributing factors of your addiction.
What Happens After Rehab?
Something that we always caution our clients about is the fact that coming to a treatment program at our Fort Lauderdale facility is only the first step in a lifelong recovery process. Throughout the course of your recovery program, we will strongly encourage you to take advantage of attending 12-step meetings that are local to the area. There are several reasons why we encourage our clients to take this step. First and foremost, attending 12-step meetings will help to reinforce the important tools that you are learning during the course of your treatment program. You will likely notice that a 12-step meeting is very similar to group therapy in many ways which is something that can help you to feel more at ease in attending.
A 12-step meeting will also help you to develop your system of support which is a critical component in your long term recovery. When you surround yourself with the right group of people, your chances of maintaining your sobriety go up substantially. When you attend 12-step meetings, you will likely find a group of people that you can count on and call if you find that you’re having a particularly difficult and stressful day. Attending other meetings with these people or calling them just to talk is an excellent example of utilizing your resources so that you don’t fall back into the trap of addiction.
Of course, The Source Treatment Center also offers an Alumni Program. Our Alumni Program is a program that was specifically designed for any client that has successfully completed their own respective recovery program. If you participate in the Alumni Program, you will have the opportunity to take part in extended group therapy sessions that take place on a monthly basis. Also, you will stay in the loop regarding any sober-friendly outings that The Source team puts together throughout the year. The Alumni Program is another example of a tool that you can use to grow your system of support and remain in communication with our treatment team.
