Amazing Staff
A critical part in any recovery plan entails working with a team of fantastic addiction experts who understand the ins and outs of addiction and recovery. When you come to The Source for treatment, you will be met with nothing less than a warm and caring staff who continuously go out of their way to ensure that you get the most out of your time working with us.
Although you will interact with our staff throughout the day, you will also receive important one-on-one time with our team through individual therapy. During individual therapy, you will have the opportunity to touch base with our team and share how you feel your treatment is progressing. Also, you will have the chance to talk about certain events or traumas in your life that you may not feel comfortable sharing during group therapy. These sessions are an excellent time to make any adjustments to your recovery plan if needed so you continue to move forward in the right direction.
Fantastic Culture
The Source Treatment Center is surrounded by all the incredible beauty that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. If you decide to enroll in our partial hospitalization program, you will live in one of our incredible single-family residences that provide you with all of the amenities of a home away from home. Not only will you be able to relax in comfort, but you will also have close access to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach. During your downtime, we encourage you to take advantage of attending some of the 12-step meetings that are local to the area, workout or enjoy some of the other sober friendly activities in the area so that you can remain focused on the goals that you have for yourself.
Family Focused Opioid Therapy
One of the unfortunate effects of addiction is the fact that it usually has a negative impact on the relationship that you have with your family or those that you’re close to. It’s understandable that family members may not want to interact with you simply because it’s painful. Addiction can have an emotional impact on family members because a person that truly loves you never wants to see you potentially hurt yourself. Overtime, friends or family members may end their relationship with you simply because they can’t stand to see you when you’re in active addiction.
One of the forms of therapy that we offer at The Source is family therapy. When you come to a place in your recovery where we feel as though you’re ready to begin to put your relationship with your family back together, we can help you to arrange a family therapy session. These therapy sessions will help you and your loved ones to express themselves in a calm and productive manner so that everyone can begin to heal together.
What Opioid Rehab is Like?
One of the most popular questions that we get from clients that are interested in coming to The Source is what they can expect during their treatment. The answer to this question will greatly depend on the treatment plan that you choose. For example, if you decide to enroll in our partial hospitalization program, you will live in one of our single family residences during your treatment whereas our outpatient clients will come to our facility based around the times of their treatment plan.
Partial hospitalization program clients are expected to participate in a minimum of 25 hours per week in treatment. If you are interested in an outpatient program, we provide you the flexibility to choose between an intensive outpatient program or a general outpatient program.
As the name of the program indicates, our intensive outpatient clients will spend more time at our facility and will participate in a minimum of nine hours of treatment per week. Our general outpatient program clients, on the other hand, will spend a minimum of four hours per week in treatment. Outpatient clients will not only focus on the root causes of their addiction but they will also focus on developing a relapse prevention plan due to the fact that they will face more temptation on a regular basis. Our team will check in with you on a regular basis so ensure that you feel comfortable in maintaining your sobriety as you face some of these real-life challenges.
How Long Does Rehab Last?
At The Source, we believe that you can never take a one size fits all approach to treatment and recovery. As a result, we never put a time limit on the duration of a treatment program. Typical treatment plans usually last anywhere between 30 and 90-days. Keep in mind, however, that if you decide to start off with a 30-day program, you can always extend your program at any time.
