Inpatient Alcohol Rehab

One of the leading reasons why some people falter in their recovery is due to the fact that they are not living in an environment that facilitates their sobriety. For instance, some of our clients live with people that do not believe that addiction is an actual disease while there are many others who live in close proximity to a liquor store or bar and simply don’t have the skills that they need to fight that temptation yet.

If you feel as though you fall into this category, we encourage you to learn more about our partial hospitalization program. Our PHP clients will participate in a minimum of 25 hours of therapy during the week. When you aren’t in therapy, you will have the opportunity to relax in one of our luxurious single-family residences or explore the beautiful Fort Lauderdale beach, workout or go to an AA meeting. We do everything that we can to provide you with a home away from home type of environment.

Outpatient Alcohol Rehab

We realize that many of our clients may not have the flexibility to commit to our partial hospitalization program which is why we also offer two different outpatient programs in the form of a general outpatient program and an intensive outpatient program. One of the things that we always recommend to our clients is that they speak to a member of our team before you finalize your decision. The reason for this is that we may be able to provide you with insight or guidance that you may not have considered in the past.

What is Outpatient Alcohol Rehab Like?

Clients that decide to take advantage of our intensive outpatient program will participate in a minimum of 9 hours of therapy per week while our general outpatient program clients will participate in a minimum of 4 hours of therapy per week. The bulk of these hours will consist of interacting with other clients and our staff through group therapy as well as individual therapy. We will coordinate with you during this time regarding the length of your program although the majority of our clients decide to complete a 30, 60 or 90-day program.

What is Alcohol Rehab Like at The Source?

From the moment that you step foot through the doors at The Source alcohol detox facility, you will feel continuous support from our incredible team. We make ourselves readily available to you so that you never have to feel lost or confused during the course of your treatment. Over and above continuously interacting with you, we will also help you to develop a relapse prevention plan. Remember, there are several factors associated with maintaining your sobriety. We will do everything that we can to provide you with the tools that you need to avoid falling back into the cycle of addiction.

The types of therapy that we use in our treatment programs is critical to your overall success. For example, during group therapy, you will have the chance to communicate with other clients that are working their way through their own recovery program. You will have the chance to share more details about your day as well as more about your struggles with addiction. In turn, you will listen to the experiences of other people in your group in an effort to develop your own system of support.

Individual therapy, on the other hand, provides you with the opportunity to check in with a member of our team and talk about events in your life that you may not feel comfortable discussing in a group setting. We will closely monitor your progress through your treatment program and work with you to put together a plan that will help to prevent relapse once you’re done with your time at our Fort Lauderdale facility.

What Happens After Rehab?

As addiction experts in the Fort Lauderdale area that cater to those struggling with alcoholism in Delray Beach, we understand the fact that your recovery continues for the rest of your life. We realize that many of our clients may have apprehensions regarding what life will be like after they complete their treatment program. This understanding is one of the leading reasons why we developed our Alumni Program. Our Alumni Program provides you with the opportunity to interact with other people that have completed their own respective program during an extended group meeting that happens once per month. In addition to this group meeting, you will have the chance to participate in different events that we set up throughout the Fort Lauderdale area during the year with our womens rehab. This will give you a wonderful opportunity to continue to build and develop your system of support.

At The Source, we believe that no person should ever have to live with the chaos of addiction. When you’re truly ready to make the commitment toward living a healthier and more fulfilling life, The Source team is here for you.
